We’re a community of north African artists and creators on a mission to reinvent society through art and culture.
In 2020, the whole world was on pause because of COVID-19. This had a huge impact on artists who, like us, were completely on their own. This experience was a real challenge for us. We learned a lot from it.
In December 2020, we launched a startup called Art Culture Studio and met with more than 200 artists and cultural entrepreneurs. In September 2021 we bringed to life the Whale Movement. We brought together more than 130 artists and creatives for three days. There were talks, concerts and so much interaction between artists and communities that have never crossed paths before.
That’s why we’re here today. Our tribe has always been at the heart of everything we do, so we launched the Tribe Membership Card, the first cultural card made by artists for artists to support and develop our community.

Hardships never stopped us from moving forward. If anything, they have always taught us new ways to get the job done. We know for sure that we can count on our tribe’s support to keep the movement going. So it’s really no big deal if some fail to recognise our efforts. We have a plan that can get us full financial and political freedom, and all we need to make it happen is each other.
The ACS Membership Card is the first cultural card made by artists for artists in Tunisia and North Africa. With this card, we’re building a new funding model and a future plan for our startup. The Whale Tribe Fundraising Campaign aims to finance ACS’ projects and create a digital platform that contributes to the promotion of native artists and brands.

+ What do I get when I become a Tribe Member?
All Tribe Members get access to all ACS and partners events, exclusive live and VOD content and a 20% discount of ACS merch and Tribe-only drops. ACS Tribe Membership is mostly about helping us continue to give a platform to great artists and creatives, and to build an even better ACS experience. As we develop new features for the ACS platform, these will be rolled out to our supporters, with some features remaining exclusive to the tribe members. We’re designing the ACS’s projects with a unique purpose in mind: taking another step forward towards reinventing society through art and culture.
+ Where does the money go?
Money raised through ACS Tribe Members will sit alongside existing income we generate through merchandise sales, live events, investment from private individuals as well as selective brand partnerships. We intend to continue to generate income through all of these means, however we intend for ACS Tribe Members to eventually represent the main source of income for ACS.
+ How do I pay for the card?
We provide you with two payment options: Online and offline. You can currently accomplish your online payment through our platform. While offline payment provides you with different meeting points: ACS Club (Bhar Lazreg) and Maison de l’Image (Mutuelleville).
+ Can I become a supporter if I don’t live in Tunisia?
Absolutely. We have supporters all over the world and you can pay in a number of different currencies.
+ What’s the difference between Physical Tribe Members and Digital Tribe Supporters?
When you’re a Physical Tribe Member you have free access to all our events; when you’re a Digital Tribe Supporter, you’ll get 20% off these events… Anyway, Member or Supporter, you’ll be equally supporting your tribe..
